Pray - Lake Urmia
Inspired by the mystical and historical significance of Lake Urmiaβknown as the birthplace of Zoroaster, the sacred waters of Goddess Anahita, and the lake where Dughdo, a virgin, was impregnated with Zoroaster. Lake Urmia was once the worldβs second-largest salt lake, but it has now dried up within two decades due to water mismanagement, the construction of nonstandard dams, and water scarcity. Water scarcity is a real threat to the future of the Middle East, and the governmentβs proposed solution is to pray. In ancient times, kings sought blessings from Goddess Anahita at this lake, and treasures were hidden in her honor in underground chambers, where natural water minerals kept the treasures safe for thousands of years. A place of history and unanswered mysteries has now completely dried up, turning into a vast land of salt.
